At Soccer World, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items, including all original tags and shoe boxes, into a secure shipping package to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
